Nothing get’s her going more than dining with her enemies as it were. When in a good mood, Neiru is bubbly and vibrant, making it easy for her to ramble on and make conversations with strangers if she needs to. Being quite the eccentric character herself, it is always a gamble on what side of Neiru you may end up on.

Operating in the blind spots of common society under the alias of the ‘Mad Hatter’, Neiru is the known owner of one of Tokyo’s most favoured underground casinos, affixed with the suitable title of the ‘White Rabbit’.[break][break]
Performative in the eye of the public, Neiru simply appears as an incredibly affluent and spirited individual to the mere citizens she passes by above ground, but for those with sharp eyes and bound to the deeper secrets of the city, she is the crazed possessor of the White Rabbit casino. It is a grand location to everyone from gambling addicts to sleazy snot bags, social butterflies and criminal masterminds, subsequently making it a buzzing hotspot for an amalgamation of individuals crossing all lengths of the spectrum.[break][break]
Assuming her natural position in control, Neiru enjoys tugging at the strings behind the scenes, slyly rigging otherwise ‘innocent’ looking games and watching as her mindless customers fall into the unforgiving grasp of monetary debt. Being a member of the Ajiwau 味わう, this is merely common practice for Neiru, and frighteningly enough she shows little to no inkling of remorse when driving people into these inescapable rabbit holes. In fact, toying with those unassuming lives offers her some amount of sick pleasure; this being one of the many driving forces behind her seemingly moral-less actions.[break][break]

Like day and night this money-obsessed individual can interchange her behaviours, one minute taking the shape of a bubbly and playful woman, the next, threatening and smashing wine glasses when things don’t go her way. Having to tread carefully is a mere understatement of action when it comes to negotiating with Neiru, as she is a loose cannon ready to explode. Act trepidatiously when dealing with Neiru, or who knows what rabbit hole you may be thrown down next. However as always with one's negatives come their positives. When not partaking in acts mentioned prior, Neiru is known to be incredibly vibrant when caught in sunny spells forecasting a good mood. Having a knack for finding conversation combined with her confidence and bubbliness, there’s no doubt that Neiru can be an extremely interesting form of company.[break][break]
Gluttonous is a light term often used to describe Neiru, for anyone who has ever caught wind of her name is knowledgeable of the fact that she is so much more than just that. Winnings, personal possessions, money, casino chips, illegal documents- you name it, Neiru wants it. Anything that holds value to others, this lady will do almost anything to get her magnetic digits on. The White Rabbit serves as a brilliant funnelling system for the owner to claim such things, as those who enter often reek of desperation and will almost always gamble away anything with some gentle convincing and an alcoholic beverage at hand. Temptation is both Neiru’s greatest friend and biggest enemy.[break][break]

Born into a highly decorated household, Neiru was quite literally fostered with a silver spoon jammed in her mouth. She never had to work for much in life, leading her to adopt her ‘high-life, high-luxury’ lifestyle and of course, her gluttonous personality.
Being Mr and Mrs Ninomae's only offspring, it was decided from birth that Neiru would inherit her parents' pride and joy, the White Rabbit casino, a grand, underground location that they had created for criminals alike to gather and sell themselves silly.
When placed in debt by her own silly actions (gambling, drugs, etc.), a young Neiru commonly called upon her mother and father to nurse her back from financial instability, simply causing her to underestimate money’s value further, thus leading her to espouse her skewered outlook on life and obsession with gaining more riches.
