Born into a well-off family of kimono makers in Kyoto, Shizuku led a blessed life. The young girl never had to worry about anything. Loving parents, kind servants, three hot meals every day, etc. The Endo family had been around for many generations, each new generation had the family's kimono sewing techniques passed on. Her parents had her attend private school since primary school. Shizuku was a very bright child and did well in school. As years went by, she grew into a beautiful girl who became popular with boys and girls alike.[break][break]

Naturally, her popularity made some jealous and so, when she was in her third year of middle school, Shizuku became a victim of bullying. Things like putting thumbtacks in her indoor shoes, writing mean things on her desk, hiding her textbooks when she wasn't around, etc. Shizuku knew full well why she was targeted and she hated it. However, she wouldn't just take all this unprovoked bullying lying down. No, she was smarter and fiercer than that. These stupid girls would come to regret choosing to target her. [break][break]

While these annoying girls continued to target her, she fought back in the most amazing way. She gathered evidence of their bullying with help of her friends and presented it to the principal and the school board. With all the conclusive and damning evidence, the girls who had targeted her until now, all were expelled. After that, no one else dared to bully Endo Shizuku. [break][break]

For the remainder of middle school, Shizuku focused on her studies, hung out with friends, and even dated boys occasionally. It was when Shizuku entered Senior High, she became interested in fashion. Some of her classmates lent Shizuku a fashion magazine. After reading it, she became mesmerized by all the beautiful clothes. It opened a whole new world to her. Her family had always emphasized the importance of their kimono sewing techniques and kept anything about modern fashion out of her sight. Now that her world had been opened up to the world of fashion, there was no going back. [break][break]

Graduating at the top of her class, she gained the opportunity for a scholarship to a top fashion school in France through secret part-time jobs and projects she assisted on behind her parent's back. When she told them about it, they were furious and tried to stop Shizuku from going but, there was no stopping her, she was determined to go to France to learn how to be a fashion designer. Eventually, her parents gave in and Shizuku left for Paris. [break][break]

Four Years later, Shizuku returned to Japan and set up her very own fashion studio in Shinjuku, called Papillion. Its logo was a hot pink butterfly and in a few short years, Shizuku became a well-renowned designer in the world of fashion. After several overseas fashion shows, Shizuku was called the "Queen of Fashion" by many media outlets as well as more famous figures in the fashion industry.
